Le vin est produit par la méthode traditionnelle millénaire de Kakheti qui consiste à faire fermenter le raisin pendant 6 mois dans des Qvevri (jarre) sellées sans ajout de levure. Ce vin est embouteillé sans filtration. Ce vin ambré et corsé offre en bouche un agréable bouquet d’arômes d'abricot sec, d'amande et d'épices douces.
Tsinandali est Vin blanc sec appellation d'origine contrôlée, composé de sortes de raisins de cuve de Rkatsiteli et Kakhuri Mtsvane. La micro-zone est située dans la région de Kakheti, sur la rive droite de la rivière Alazani.
Ce vin légère et vif est d'une couleur rubis éclatante. Lors de la dégustation des notes de fruits rouges et d'herbes prédominent. A l'acidité élève. Ce vin, se marie bien avec une grande variété de plat: mijoté de poulet au tomates, cochon rôti, haricot rouge, salades, saucissons et pâté.
Dakishvili ambré 2015 est un vin géorgien des cépages autochtones -Rkatsiteli, Mtsvane et Kisi qui sont produits dans les vignobles des Dakishvili, à Kondoli. Ce vin exclusif fait manuellement est fermenté et vieilli dans Qvevri selon les anciennes traditions géorgiennes , qui sont reconnues par l’UNESCO.
Les vignes bénéficient d’un soin exclusivement manuel, y compris une cueillette sélective lors des vendanges. Il arrive que nous procédions en même temps à la fermentation de deux variétés de cépage Saperavi afin d’obtenir les meilleurs millésimes mais la plupart du temps nous vinifions dans nos fûts Qvevri la variété Saperavi Budeshuri reconnue pour sa douceur.
Ce vin présente des arômes riches de thé vert et de mûre blanc. La macération prolongée dans les Kvevri lui donne des saveurs fraiches d’agrumes. Le vin a des tannins agréables et le corps riche et vif. Ce vin se marie parfaitement avec du poisson, de la volaille et des champignons.

NATELA est vin blanc sec. Cinq cépages : Mtsvane, Kisi, Khikhvi, Tsolikouri et Tetra. L’assemblage unique, présentant cépages blancs de Géorgie dans une bouteille. Parmi les cinq variétés utilisées pour créer ce vin rare, trois viennent de l'est et deux de l'ouest de la Géorgie. Le choix très inhabituel.
